The closest supervision for the process of Aware Fitness is personal training in 1:1, 2:1 or a CREW setup. Fun, excitement and variety ensure permanent challenge and progress during every stimulating session at the FIT VIII gym. All other aspects of Aware Fitness are covered and integrated by additional guidelines, challenges and inspirations

Remote
coaching

With regular updates, in person or online, Remote Coaching lets you own your process of Aware Fitness anywhere and anytime. Therefore a sound training program is created for you to workout on your own at the gym or at home. In addition you will receive weekly inspirations and updates about all the aspects of Aware Fitness. Through that you will holistically and permanently reach your goals.

MICHÈL FOIS

After 6 years of dual study, already 5 years as a personal trainer, numerous seminars and 10 years of passionately working out, I hit my bodies limits in 2019. Because of that I created the concept of Aware Fitness to build a persistent process for permanent progress. With sound training methods, simple nutrition and lifestyle tools and empathetic personal growth I want to give a new holistic meaning to fitness.
